COVID-19
To ensure the wellbeing of our clients and clinicians, we are providing mental health services via telehealth until further notice.
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after virus exposure and include, but are not limited to:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue
Muscle aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Runny nose or congestion
Vomiting or nausea
Diarrhea
Prevent the spread by:
Staying at least 6 feet from other people
Cover your cough or sneeze with tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands
Cover your nose and mouth with a mask when in public
Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth
Clean and disinfect frequently touched areas and surfaces
Our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

Facts
No single person or group of people are more likely than others to spread COVID-19.
Vitamin and mineral supplements cannot cure COVID-19.
Studies show that hydroxychloroquine does not have clinical benefits in treating COVID-19.
People should NOT wear masks while exercising (masks may reduce the ability to breathe comfortably).
The likelihood of shoes spreading COVID-19 is very low.
